In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listing Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the company has posted its annual financial
statements for the financial year 2006 to members today, 14 September 2006
and as the information previously published in the preliminary report on 20
August 2006 is unchanged, will not be publishing an abridged report.
The Annual Report will be available on the company"s website:
www.enviroserv.co.za. The results of the company are audited by Ernst &
Young and their report is available for inspection at the company"s
registered office.
The annual general meeting of shareholders of ENVIROSERV HOLDINGS LIMITED
will be held in the boardroom at Brickfield Road, Meadowdale Germiston on
the 6 October 2006 at 09h00.
