SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE COMAIR BEE TRANSACTION
At the general meeting of Comair held today 14 September 2006, the requisite
majority of Comair shareholders approved all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed relating to the creation and issue of the equivalent of
approximately 15% of the ordinary shares in issue of Comair post the BEE
transaction to Thelo Aviation Consortium (Proprietary) Limited ("the BEE
Transaction").
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies ("the Registrar") in due course. The BEE Transaction will be
implemented with effect from 5 business days after the registration of the
special resolutions by the Registrar.
