Holders of the WAVEs below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
Richemont, regarding the payment of a special dividend.
Please note that in regards to the earlier announcement, the expiry date for
RCHDWV (ISN ZAE000081063) is 22 February 2007 and not 27 October 2006 as
mentioned.
The above adjustments will be made from the start of trading on 18 September
2006.
The effects of the adjustments will place the holders in the same position, had
the corporate action not taken place.
