CAUTIONARY
IFS shareholders are referred to the previous announcements in relation to the
proposed acquisition of Allcare Administrators (Proprietary) Limited (the
"Allcare acquisition") and a proposed rights offer by IFS. Shareholders are
advised that certain of the conditions precedent to the Allcare acquisition have
not been fulfilled by their due date for fulfillment. Accordingly the Allcare
acquisition will not be implemented and the company will not be proceeding with
the rights offer at this time.
IFS shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in
their IFS shares.
