Results of the offer to the shareholders of Real Africa Holdings Limited ("RAH")
The offer made by Sun International Limited through its wholly owned subsidiary
Sun International (South Africa) Limited ("Sun International"), to the
shareholders of RAH ("RAH shareholders"), to acquire all or part of the issued
ordinary shares in the capital of RAH ("RAH shares") ("the offer") closed at
12:00 on Friday 15 September 2006. Valid acceptances of the offer have been
received in respect of 209 341 573 RAH shares representing approximately 58,1%
of the RAH shares in issue as at 31 March 2006.
Combined with the 7 691 203 RAH shares already held by Sun International, Sun
International now has a 60,3% effective interest in RAH.
