RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 23 August 2006
and are advised that the company is still in discussions which, if
successfully concluded, could have an impact on the price at which the
company`s ordinary shares trade on the JSE Limited. These discussions are
in respect of the sale of our interest in an underwriting management
company.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company"s securities until a further announcement is made.
