The Board advises that the position of Kevin Jacobs, currently Group Co-CEO,
will change to that of Group CEO with immediate effect. Andile Mazwai will
continue as CEO of BJM Securities (Proprietary) Limited, the largest subsidiary
within the Group, and he will also remain an Executive Director of the Board and
a member of the Group Executive Committee. This follows the Board"s decision
that the best interests of the Group will be served by a sole Group CEO.
