FINALISATION INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF THE RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 August 2006
which dealt with the partially underwritten, renounceable rights offer of 12
696 447 ordinary shares at an issue price of 1700 cents per share ("the
rights shares") in the ratio of one rights share for every 12 shares held
("the rights offer").
All the conditions precedent relating to the underwriting agreement and the
rights offer have now been fulfilled and a circular which provides
comprehensive details of the rights offer will be dispatched to shareholders
on 9 October 2006.
Certificated shareholders will also receive a printed form of instruction in
respect of the renounceable (nil paid) letter of allocation. Holders of
dematerialised shares will not receive a printed form of instruction in
respect of the renounceable (nil paid) letter of allocation, but should
instead receive notification from their CSDP or broker regarding the rights
shares to which they are entitled in terms of the rights offer. Holders of
dematerialised shares are required to notify their duly appointed CSDP or
broker of their acceptance (or otherwise) of the rights offer in the manner
and time stipulated in accordance with the agreement governing the
relationship between them and their CSDP or broker ("the mandate"). If their
CSDP or broker does not obtain such an instruction, or does not obtain an
instruction timeously from any such dematerialised shareholder, then the CSDP
or broker will be obliged to act in terms of the mandate, and, if the mandate
is silent in this regard, then the CSDP or broker shall be obliged not to
subscribe for the rights offer shares in terms of the rights offer.
The renounceable (nil paid) letters of allocation will trade under the JSE code
of PSGN and ISIN ZAE000084620, under the abbreviated name PSG NPL. The
important dates and times pertaining to the rights offer are as follows:

Last day to trade in PSG shares in order to Friday, 29
qualify to participate in the rights offer (cum September

Notes:
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 2

CSDP"s will effect delivery on a delivery against payment method in respect of
dematerialised shareholders.
Dematerialised shareholders are required to notify their duly appointed CSDP or
broker of their acceptance of the offer in the manner and time stipulated in
the agreement governing the relationship between the shareholder and his CSDP
or broker.
