NEW CLICKS HOLDINGS - APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Roy Smither has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of New
Clicks with effect from 20 September 2006.
Smither (61) recently retired from Tiger Brands where he served as an executive
director for the past eight years. He is also a non-executive director of
Nampak.
Following this appointment, the board of New Clicks now comprises seven non-
executive and three executive directors.
