NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND
GENERAL MEETING OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS
In compliance with paragraph 3.22 of the JSE Limited"s Listings Requirements,
shareholders and debenture holders of Siyathenga are advised that the audited
annual financial statements of the company for the financial year ended 30 June
2006 were posted to linked unitholders on 20 September 2006. The company has not
published an abridged report at this date as the audited financial information
published on SENS on 24 August 2006 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Siyathenga
shareholders and the general meeting of Siyathenga debenture holders will be
held in the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Pangbourne House, 382 Jan Smuts Avenue,
Craighall on Friday, 13 October 2006 at 10:00 and 10:30 respectively (or
immediately following the annual general meeting of shareholders), to transact
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting of shareholders and
notice of general meeting of debenture holders circulated together with the
annual financial statements.
