Further to the announcement released on 18 September 2006, BJM advises that the
Financial Services Board has granted Barnard Jacobs Mellet Private Client
Services (Pty) Limited a final extension until the close of business on 1
December 2006 to cease its trading activities in unlisted securities in the OTC
market.
This extension will allow for the orderly winding down of OTC trading activities
and will enable the relevant issuers to implement alternative trading facilities
with the assistance of BJM.
