Trading statement
This trading statement is issued in compliance with the Listings
Requirements (section 3.4(b)) of the JSE Limited.
Kairos expects its headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31
August 2006 to be between 20% and 30% higher, and its earnings per share
for the six months ended 31 August 2006 to be unchanged, in comparison with
the results for the prior corresponding six month period ended 31 August
2005.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the company"s auditors.
The results for the six months ended 31 August 2006 are expected to be
published on or about 6 October 2006.
