2006, 24 May 2006, 4 July 2006 and 15 August 2006 are advised that the
company is still in discussions which, if successfully concluded, could
have an impact on the price at which the company"s ordinary shares trade on
the JSE Limited. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the company"s securities until a further
announcement is made.
