are advised that the annual financial statements have been distributed to
shareholders on 26 September 2006 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 29 August 2006.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the eighteenth annual general meeting of Distell
shareholders will be held at the Visitors Centre of Durbanville Hills Wine
Cellar, Durbanville Road (M13), Durbanville, Western Cape on Wednesday, 18
October 2006 at 12:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
