Annual report
Shareholders are advised that the company"s annual financial statements for
the 2006 financial year were dispatched to members on 27 September 2006.
The Annual Report is also available on the company"s website:
www.tourvest.co.za.
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited
annual results for the year ended 25 June 2006, which were published on 23
August 2006. The audited preliminary results of Tourvest and the annual
financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche and their report is
available for inspection at the company"s registered office.
Annual general meeting
The ninth annual general meeting of the members of Tourvest will be held in
the company"s boardroom at 15:00 on Wednesday, 1 November 2006 at Tourvest
House, 33 West Street, Houghton, Johannesburg.
