Finalisation announcement pertaining to the claw back offer
Further to the announcement dated 21 September 2006 ("the declaration data
announcement"), shareholders are advised that the Registrar of Companies has
registered the documents pertaining to the claw back offer. The claw back offer
is therefore unconditional and the dates contained in the declaration data
announcement are the final dates relating to the claw back offer. A circular
containing details of the claw back offer will be posted to shareholders on
Monday, 16 October 2006.
