CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraphs 3.59(a) and (b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, Samroc announces that Mr Braam Jonker has resigned as a
director with effect from today, 28 September 2006. Mr Stephen Rowse has been
appointed in his stead. Mr Rowse will become the chief executive of Samroc.
