DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SOL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SASOL LIMITED and that
as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SASOL LIMITED (SOL) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 430
cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday, 16 October 2006.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 6 October 2006. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 9 October 2006 and the
record date will be Friday, 13 October 2006.
