UNCONDITIONAL APPROVAL BY THE COMPETITION COMMISSION OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE
PLASTFORM PACKAGING DIVISION ("PLASTFORM") OF CONSOL LIMITED
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 19 June 2006, linked unitholders
are advised that the Competition Commission has approved the acquisition of
Plastform by Astrapak on 26 September 2006 without any conditions precedent.
The acquisition of Plastform is now unconditional. Accordingly, the transaction
will be implemented with an effective date of 30 September 2006 and should close
in October 2006.
