Further to the Company"s audited results for the year ended 31 March 2006,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
dispatched to shareowners on 29 September 2006 and contain no modifications to
the audited results which were published on 3 May 2006.
The audited results of the Company as referred to above and the annual financial
statements were audited by the Company"s auditors, Moores Rowland Chartered
Accountants (SA).
Their report is available for inspection at the Company"s registered office.

Notice is hereby given that the Company"s annual general meeting of Amecor
shareholders will be held at 2nd floor Moores Rowland House, 5 St Davids Place,
Parktown, Johannesburg on Friday, 27 October 2006 at 09h00 to transact
businesses as stated on the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual financial statements.
