With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2006, shareholders
are advised that the annual financial statements have been distributed to
shareholders on 29 September 2006 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 23 August 2006.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Woolworths Holdings
Limited shareholders will be held at Woolworths House, 93 Longmarket Street,
Cape Town,8001 on 15 November 2006 at 09h00 to transact the business as stated
in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual report.
