In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited"s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Comair"s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2006, published
on SENS on 13 September 2006, the annual report was posted today. The annual
report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published audited
results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Comair will be held at 12:00 on
Friday, 27 October 2006 at the Premier Conference Centre, Retail Level, Domestic
Terminal, Johannesburg International Airport, to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
