RETIREMENT: EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Haydn Franklin and Mike Norris, executive directors of Tiger Brands Limited,
have given notice of their intention to take early retirement with effect from
March 2007.
Haydn Franklin is the executive director responsible for the Grains,
Perishables, Beverages and Snacks and Treats businesses and Mike Norris is
currently responsible for Sea Harvest and has responsibilities for the group
supply chain, procurement and logistics functions.
Appropriate announcements of organizational changes that will follow as a
consequence of Messrs Franklin and Norris taking early retirement will be made
in due course.
