NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company"s annual report for the year ended 31
March 2006 was posted to shareholders and contains no modifications to the
audited results which were published on 22 June 2006. Deloitte & Touche audited
the results and the annual financial statements of Johnnic and their reports are
available for inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on Friday, 29
September 2006 and notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
company will be held at 14:00 on Thursday, 16 November 2006, at Gallagher
Estate, 19 Richards Drive, Midrand, Gauteng to transact business as stated in
the notice of the annual general meeting.
