participatory interest holders are advised that the annual financial statements
have been distributed to participatory interest holders today, Friday, 29
September 2006 and there were no modifications to the abridged reviewed results
which were published on SENS on Monday, 28 August 2006.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the third annual general meeting of Emira"s
participatory interest holders will be held at 3 Gwen Lane, Sandton on Tuesday,
31st October 2006 at 14h00 to transact the business as stated in the annual
general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
