WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Previous cautionary announcements advised that the shareholders of Brier Global
Limited, Flower Valley Investment Inc. and Rivercity Holdings Corp., who
collectively hold approximately 69% of the issued share capital of Barplats, had
respectively sold their entire shareholding in these entities.
Barplats is continuing to investigate various alternatives regarding its optimal
structure going forward and shareholders will be advised accordingly.
Following consultation with the Securities Regulation Panel on Takeovers and
Mergers, it has been decided to withdraw the cautionary announcement.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that they are no longer required to
exercise caution when dealing in their Barplats shares.
