NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
S A Retail posted its audited annual financial statements for the financial year
ended 31 March 2006 to shareholders on 29 September 2006. The Company is not
publishing an abridged report at this date because the reviewed financial
information published on 5 May 2006 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be
held at the registered office of the Company, Marriott at Kingsmead, Kingsmead
Office Park, Durban at 09h00 on Wednesday, 1 November 2006, to transact the
business as set out in the notice of annual general meeting circulated together
with the annual financial statements.
