contains a typing error. For the avoidance of doubt, shareholders are reminded
that the annual general meeting will be held at 11h00 on Tuesday, 24 October
2006 and that proxy forms should reach the registered office at least 48 hours
prior to the commencement of the annual general meeting, namely by 11h00 on
Friday, 20 October 2006.
