are advised that the company has posted its annual financial statements for the
financial year 2006 to members on 4 October 2006 and as the information
previously published in the preliminary report on 29 August 2006 is unchanged,
will not be publishing an abridged report.

The results of the company are audited by BDO Spencer Steward and their report
is available for inspection at the company"s registered office.
