Namsea shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement, trading update
and unaudited interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2006 published on
Securities Exchange News Service on 29 August 2006, regarding the potential
restructuring and reorganisation of Namsea. Namsea shareholders are advised
that discussions with The Bidvest Group Limited are ongoing and Namsea
shareholders should continue to exercise caution in dealing in their Namsea
shares until a further announcement is made.
