VOLUNTARY TRADING STATEMENT
Linked unitholders are advised that the company, for the six months ended 31
August 2006, expects to report an improvement in headline earnings per linked
unit of between 4% and 8% over that reported in the prior comparative period.
The financial information, on which this trading statement is based, has not
been reviewed or reported on by the company"s auditors. The unaudited,
unreviewed results for the six months ended 31 August 2006 are expected to be
released on SENS on or about 25 October 2006.
