FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 18 July 2006, 28 August 2006 and 6
October 2006, shareholders are advised that the Company is in discussions with a
consortium of black-owned entities, key members of management and other
investors (the "Consortium") regarding a potential transaction to acquire the
entire issued share capital of Peermont. Accordingly, Peermont shareholders are
advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company"s securities
until a further announcement is made.
