FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 August
2006, wherein they were advised that Simmers has embarked on a process to raise
additional capital, through its subsidiary First Uranium (Pty) Limited, in order
to facilitate the development of its uranium and gold assets.
This process may have an effect on the price of the company"s securities, if
successfully concluded. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in Simmers shares until a further announcement
is made.
