NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that City Lodge yesterday dispatched to shareholders
its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2006, incorporating the audited
annual financial statements and notice of annual general meeting. The annual
financial statements contains no modifications to the reviewed statements
published on SENS on 16 August 2006. The audited results of the company and the
annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc. and their report is
available for inspection at the company"s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of City Lodge
shareholders will be held at The Lodge, 38 Wierda Road West, Wierda Valley,
Sandton on Thursday, 9 November 2006 at 14h00 to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting which forms part of the annual
financial statements.
