Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Clientele Life
held at the registered office of the company today, all the resolutions were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders, save for the ordinary
resolution relating to placing the unissued shares under the control of the
directors, which was not passed.
Appointment of new director
Shareholders are further advised that in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE
Limited Listing Requirements, Brenda-Lee Frodsham has been appointed as an
executive director with immediate effect.
