CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
unitholders are advised that Mr Jeff Dritz has been appointed to the board of
ApexHi and Mr Deon Feinblum has resigned from the board of ApexHi.
Jeff Dritz, who will be an independent non-executive director, has significant
experience and expertise having recently retired as executive director corporate
services of Ellerine Holdings Limited where he was involved in the property
portfolio and responsible for various corporate and legal matters.
Deon Feinblum has resigned from the board of ApexHi to pursue other interests.
The board of ApexHi wishes Deon well in his future endeavours and thanks him for
his contribution over the years. His executive function will be filled by a
member of ApexHi management.
