Changes to the board of directors
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Hospitality linked unitholders are advised that Mr Bruce Hutchison has resigned
as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Hospitality with effect from 31 October
2006 for personal health reasons. Bruce will continue to be involved with
Hospitality on a consultancy basis. Messrs Gerald Nelson and Youseph Aminzadeh,
currently non-executive directors of Hospitality and who have been closely
involved with the Fund since inception, will assume the roles of CEO and Deputy
CEO respectively with effect from 1 November 2006.
In addition to the above changes, the management team is to be expanded by the
appointment of a Chief Operating Officer.
