Additional Listing
Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 2,021,755 Ordinary shares of $1 each under the
Lonmin Executive Share Option Scheme 1994, to trade on the London Stock Exchange
and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
Pursuant to an exercise of options under the same scheme application has also
been made for a further 193,366 Ordinary shares of $1 each to be listed.
The shares in the block listing shall rank and the exercised shares do rank
equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
