CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Unitholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2006 will be posted to unitholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 29
August 2006, other than for the following:

This adjustment arose as a result of earnings and headline earnings per
linked unit being calculated on net profit for the year instead of net
profit attributable to unitholders.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Spearhead
unitholders will be held at 3rd Floor, The Spearhead, 42 Hans Strijdom
Avenue, Foreshore, Cape Town on Wednesday, 13 December 2006 at 11:00 to
transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting,
which was issued together with the annual report containing the annual
financial statements of Spearhead for the year ended 30 June 2006.
