NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
Linked unitholders are advised that Freestone"s annual report, incorporating the
audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2006, was dispatched
today and contains no material changes to the reviewed results that were
announced on SENS on Tuesday, 15 August 2006.
The annual report contains notice of Annual General Meetings of shareholders and
of debentureholders of the company, which will be held at Ground Floor,
Coronation Place, Freestone Park, 135 Patricia Road, Sandton, Gauteng, at 09h00
and 09h30 respectively on Thursday, 9 November 2006.
