Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 16 October 2006,
wherein it stated that the annual general meeting will be held at 09:00 on
Monday, 6 November 2006 at 1A Albury Park, Magalieszicht Avenue, Dunkeld West,
Sandton. Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting will be held
at 14:00, and not at 9:00 as previously stated.
