CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements in
respect of a change to the Board of Directors, Brimstone shareholders are
informed that Dr P Gorvalla has retired as an independent non-executive director
of the Company with effect from Monday, 16 October 2006 and will assume the role
of chairperson of the Brimstone Foundation.
