Shareholders are advised that Setpoint has uncovered apparent
irregularities in one of its eleven business units. These may lead to a
reduction in the group"s expected results for the year ended 31 August
2006.A trading statement will be issued, if necessary, once the extent of
the effect on HEPS and EPS has been quantified.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution in dealing in Setpoint"s
shares until a further announcement is made. Audited results for the year
are expected to be published in the second half of November 2006.
