Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 6 September 2006, linked
unitholders:
- are referred to the announcement disseminated earlier on SENS today
relating to the proposed disposal of certain properties; and
- are advised that negotiations are still in progress which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of Fairvest linked
units.
Accordingly, Fairvest linked unitholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in Fairvest linked units until a full announcement is made.
