DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The trustees of the NewRand Trust (being Webber Wentzel Bowens Trustees IV
(Proprietary) Limited) have resolved to make a distribution to holders of
NewRand Index Securities recorded in the register in respect of the quarter
ended 29 September 2006.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 13.4 cents per NewRand Index security, constituted as
follows:
* 2.84 cents in respect of dividends;
* 10.56 cents in respect of other income;
- be made to all holders of NewRand Index Securities recorded in the register
at 29 September 2006; and
- be effected on 24 October 2006.
