DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in
the register in respect of the quarter ended 29 September 2006. This
distribution will:
- be an amount of 16,28 cents (sixteen point two eight cents) (R0,1628) per
Satrix INDI security;
- constituted by 16,28 cents in respect of dividends;
- be made to all holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in the register
on 29 September 2006;
- be effected on 27 October 2006.
For the nine months ended 30 September 2006, the Satrix INDI securities had a
net unaudited positive tracking error of 7,7 basis points.
