Shareholders are referred to the "Results of Annual General Meeting"
announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 17 October 2006, and are reminded that
ordinary resolution number 2 relating to the general authority to issue shares
for cash, was not passed by the requisite 75% majority of shareholders.
Further to the above, shareholders are informed that the reports in Bloomberg
and the Business Report, wherein it was mentioned that this resolution had in
fact been passed, were incorrect.
