REMOVAL OF QUALIFICATION
Following the publication of ERM"s consolidated reviewed interim results for
the six months ended 31 August 2006, the auditors" review report no longer
contains a qualification in relation to the recoverability of an amount that
was owed to the company. In view of the fact that the company has reached a
settlement on the loan and payment in terms thereof has been met, the
qualification is no longer required. The company received confirmation from
the JSE Limited ("JSE") that the "Q" annotation of the company"s share on the
JSE SETS system has been removed.
