REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the first annual general meeting of the unitholders of Makalani Holdings
Limited held today, 23 October 2006, the requisite majority of shareholders
approved all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at
the meeting.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
