Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held in the Terrace Room, Ground Floor, Johannesburg Country Club, Napier
Road, Auckland Park, Johannesburg on Thursday, 16 November 2006 at 10h00 to
transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting
included in the Annual Report.
No change statement
The company published its reviewed consolidated provisional annual financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2006 on 23 August 2006 and distributed
its Annual Report to shareholders on 23 October 2006. No abridged version of
the audited financial statements is being published as the financial
information as published on 23 August 2006 is unchanged.
